Cool Eats

4.5 stars if google allowed half stars! Had signature tacos for breakfast and it was scrumptious with hot freshly-made fish. Very inviting staff with a great chilled atmosphere. Loss of a half star only cos my husband had "The butcher's choice" and found it too saucy!

Just moved here and thought I'd try this place. Got a huge a burger and the owner showed me he is making the patties there and then. He seems like a proper bloke. I'll definitely come back

Took my daughter out for breakfast this morning and we decided to try Cool Eats! From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was super friendly, warm and welcoming. All staff were really nice and super catering. We ordered 2 brekky wraps with the lot and we were in breakfast heaven.. great price for the food and service; we watched the owner/chef roll them with such care and precision you can really tell he puts passion into what he does! We were so stuffed after only eating half so we grabbed a take away container and are going to smash this for lunch too! We loved being able to bring our dog here, they had 'doggie parking' next to each outside table, which was super handy.

I have heard good things about burgers and toasties here, and they are right! I had a burgers and chips takeaway and was really happy with it. The burger came loaded with fresh salad, tomato, carrots and onion, which made it feel much fresher and more satisfying than average takeaway. The chips were hot and crispy with perfect seasoning, just how I like them. Best of all, the price was very reasonable for the portion size and quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Cool Eats came onto my social radar so I researched, read some great reviews and now follow on FB. Went down today with a friend and was welcomed by friendly Mr Cool Eats himself and his lovely team. I had to try their burgers with homemade patties so I ordered the AM Burger....Wow gotta say yummo gooey egg yolk, salty bacon and crunchy hash brown ( thanks Mr Cool Eats for the extra hashbrown) My friend had a freshly made chicken sandwich with a very good coffee! Then topped it off with Mrs Cool Eats Cherry Ripe slice.....which Mr Cool Eats cut up into little bite size pieces so I could share with my friend So.....people go to Cool Eats, have a delicious bite to eat and a chat with these lovely locals

my fiancé & I had our anniversary brekky here & had a lovely time. the food was to die for, seriously the staff were great & honestly the effort these amazing owners put into this business really shows! (also the doggy parking was so funny & very practical) thank you

I had seen all the ads and pictures of the food on fb so we decided we must try this place out. We headed on down to the foreshore to try it for lunch today. Great staff, great food and great atmosphere! Really good coffee. We ordered A M Burger and a Full Nashville burger. The best burgers we have had in Mandurah to date. We highly recommend you check this place out if you haven’t been lucky enough to try it yet!

Absolutely love! Best burger I’ve ever had! So fat and juicy. Every time we’ve been has never disappointed all the food is 10/10
